The role of plasma cell-free DNA (cfDNA) is becoming increasingly evident as an important test sample for tumor diagnosis and non-invasive prenatal screening. Cell-free DNA Preservation Solution for Blood Collection Tube can be directly used for whole blood collection, preservation and transportation, which can effectively protect cfDNA from degradation by nucleases and avoid the release of genomic DNA from blood nucleated cells, greatly ensuring the downstream application of cfDNA.

Blood samples were collected into 3 brands of preservation solutions, and the samples were placed at room temperature for 0, 3, 7 and 14 days to compare the hemolysis and cfDNA yield. Cell-free DNA Preservation Solution for Blood Collection Tube could effectively inhibit hemolysis and the extracted cfDNA yield was stable.

The blood samples were collected into 3 brands of preservation solutions, and samples were compared for hemolysis and cfDNA yield after 0 days at room temp, 3 days at room temp (25℃), high temp (35℃) and low temp (4℃) transportation.
