BunnyMag DNA Purification & Size-selection Beads

Product Description

BunnyMag DNA Purification & Size-Selection Beads are based on the SPRI (Solid Phase Reversible Immobilization) para-magnetic technology, which can selectively bind nucleic acid fragments of different sizes by adjusting the volume ratio between the beads and the sample to meet the needs of different length of nucleic acids, and are suitable for purification and screening of ideal size DNA fragments in high-throughput sequencing. The product is compatible with various brands of DNA and RNA library preparation kits, and can perfectly replace AMPure XP Beads and Axygen Beads, which are widely used in various NGS platforms.

Using different ratios of BunnyMag DNA Purification & Size-Selection Beads and Ampure XP beads to purify and recover the same amount of DNA fragments, the recovery of BunnyMag DNA Purification & Size-Selection Beads is highly consistent with Ampure XP beads.

For the initial size of 200-1500bp DNA fragments, the product is used to achieve accurate fragment selection by two-step magnetic bead selection and purification.

Using BunnyMag, Ampure XP and Axygen beads respectively, BunnyMag DNA Purification & Size-Selection Beads showed a high degree of consistency with competitive products in terms of fragment selection results under different selection ratio conditions.

Structure of magnetic beads（3-layer）：

     Innermost core is Polystyrene (PS)

     Second layer wrapped with magnetic material——Fe3O4

     The outermost surface is a polymer modified by carboxyl groups（-COOH）
